When purchasing any CD's, CD Rom's, DVD's or DVD Rom's, these purchases are not handled through Cafepress. All personal information is collected by the Copyright Owner for shipping purposes. Financial information regarding the purchase of our discs is gathered through a Third Party Site paypal.com. Returns and Exchanges:
For all sales that go through Cafepress, the viewer is asked to review Cafepress's 30 Day Guarantee. For the sale of CD's, CD Rom's, DVD's or DVD Rom's, these sales are final. This is to aide in helping to prevent our courses being pirated and then sent back to us for a refund which is standard in the software industry. However, if the disc(s) is damaged within 30 days we will exchange the disc for another.
Copyright Owners' Rights:
Any infringement of the copyright owners' rights under this agreement may result in appropriate legal action. The copyright owner disclaims all liability for any consequences that may result from the unauthorized reproduction, rental, distribution, sale, transmission and usage of this website.
Term of Agreement:
The terms and conditions outlined in this agreement are indefinite.
